"A mosquito net would have allowed better sleep. The apartment door key needs a little patience to understand how it connects and turns. Parking at Verdun is expensive at 27 euros per day."

"Hello! It is very easy to get to 76 Rue Aristide Briand, 92300, Levallois-Perret, from Porte Maillot ( beauvais buss, it’s like 3km) it is 25 minutes by metro from Champ Elysees (walk 6 minutes to Anatole France, take the M3 metro 6 stops to Villiers then Metro 2, 4 stops to Charles de Gaulle-Etoile). The accommodation has a living room with kitchen and a bedroom.It is very warm (we were in November 27, the apartment is equipped with cutlery, pots, bed linen, iron, hairdryer..etc.. It has a very nice view as you can see in the pictures below. The building has an elevator, is in a very quiet area and has shops, pharmacies, restaurants..in the whole area. Our experience was a pleasant one, I would definitely choose this accommodation again. Rating: 8/10."

"Apartment and furnitures could need some fresh-up. We spend little time there and used it as basis for all our trips and sleeping only, so no problem at all. Great basis and value fir the price."

"The location of this property is great. It's a short walk from the metro in a nice area of Paris - clean and safe. You can see the town hall and park from the windows of the apartment, a lovely view from the living/dining area. The facilities were as described. The property is on the top floor of the apartment block, and there is a lift up to the apartment. The heating in the apartment was good. It was easy to get into the apartment (the owner did not meet us, but the directions were easy to follow)."

"There was a little back blow of smelly air in the bathroom some of the time we were there - solved by keeping the window in the bathroom open. The main bed was very hard - I cannot think of a harder bed I've slept in! I'd not describing the apartment as and amenities as "new/renovated" but certainly adequate for a holiday stay."
